Responsabilities:

  • Participate in Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring processes;
  • Support in complying with the Training plan;
  • Support in complying with the Competency Allocation Process;
  • Assist in performance evaluation management, career plans, and succession plans, ensuring continuous improvement;
  • Support in booking travel and accommodation for the Group;
  • Other tasks inherent to the role.

 

Profile:

  • Degree in HR Management (eliminatory factor);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Clear communication;
  • Teamwork and cooperation;
  • Proactivity and resilience;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change;
  • Positive interpersonal relationships;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Proficiency in French;
  • Availability for travel;
