• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, completed;
• Good computer skills (user level);
• Knowledge of the English language;

• Good communication and interaction skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Punctuality and a sense of commitment;
• Light vehicle driver's license;
• Sensitivity and aptitude for promoting the values and vision of the Ramos Ferreira Group;
• Strong sense of organization, rigor, and problem-solving skills.
