2016 Excellence Index Award

It is with great pride and satisfaction that we share with you that Grupo Ramos Ferreira was the winner in the Construction, Infrastructure, Transport and Logistics Sector in the first edition of the 2016 Excellence Index.

The Excellence Index is the largest study on the organizational climate and development of human capital, through which the state of the art of People Management practices in Portugal is analyzed and the entities that invest and invest in this area are rewarded.

The Study is conducted by Neves de Almeida | HR Consulting, in partnership with Human Resources Portugal and INDEG-ISCTE. 178 companies participated in this study and 39 were distinguished in the various categories and sectors of activity. This study included all the Group's employees who speak Portuguese, in all the countries where it operates - Angola, Algeria, Ghana, Mozambique and Portugal, with a total of 299 employees.
