Excellence Award at Work 2015
It is with great pride and satisfaction that we announce that Grupo Ramos Ferreira was positioned in the 2nd place in the ranking of the Large Companies in the Excellence Award at Work in 2015. The Excellence Award at Work, conducted by Heidrick & Struggles in partnership with Human Resources Portugal and INDEG-IUL, is the largest study of satisfaction of employees conducted in Portugal, which clears the companies that stood out in the development of human capital and the organizational climate. This year, all the employees of the Group in all countries where it operates - Angola, Algeria, Ghana, Mozambique and Portugal, totaling 306 employees have participated in the study. Increase the number of employees participating in the study and increase the level of satisfaction and commitment towards 2014 further reinforces the importance and significance of this award !!
